Picture Retakes
School Picture Retake Day will be on Friday, November 7.
If you would like your student to have their picture retaken, they can do so on Friday, November 7. A parent volunteer will come to our classroom to collect all students that would like a retake, as well as students who were absent on the original Picture Day in September. There is no need to pre-register for Retake Day.
If you have any hard copy pictures from your original order, your student will need to bring them to Retake Day and return them in full to the photographer to be eligible for replacements.
Coffee Pond (the photography company) will have a list of students that were ABSENT during Picture Day and need to have their picture taken but will NOT have the names of RETAKE students — your student is responsible for knowing that they need to get their picture retaken.
For more information on Picture Retake Day and a handy FAQ, please visit www.brackettpto.org/pictureday
If you have any specific questions, please contact the PTO at [email protected] |

Green Team Updates & EventsWinter Swap Drop Off is Nov 3-7 Looking to clear out last year's winter gear? Drop off gently used, clean, hats, coats, mittens, snow pants, and boots that no longer fit your kids from Nov 3 through Nov 7. Then shop the swap on the Nov 13 & 14 and at Culture and Creativity Night! Let's help Brackett be sustainable and community-focused this winter! Drop off times are at pick up and drop off in front of Brackett.
Pumpkin Rescue Nov 7 Drop Off Bring your pumpkins to Brackett and keep them out of the trash! Drop your pumpkin off the morning of Nov 7 to be composted by Black Earth Compost. See all of the creative carvings before volunteers help chuck them into the truck! Every year, over 1 billion pounds of pumpkins are sent to landfills in the US after Halloween—let's change that! No paint, gems, glitter or candles can be on or in your pumpkin, please remove these ahead of time.
Brackett Native Learning Garden Brackett has a new learning space and it's a Garden! Two new beds were dug out over the weekend and are ready to be filled with native plants that will bring birds, butterflies and pollinators to our community. Want to help with the garden?
