Reminder: Enroll in the SNAP Health Portal
If you have not done so already, please be sure to enroll in the SNAP Health Portal. All primary parents/guardians received a sign-up email from [email protected] with instructions for enrolling. Moving forward, the portal will be the primary platform used for communications between the school nurse and parents/guardians, automated medication refill requests (if applicable), sending of medical letters and documents, and so much more. Be sure to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the portal's functions and upload/update any pertinent medical information for your student. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
