Dear Brackett Families,
It is the time of year in which we ask for your feedback about the school through the Panorama survey. As a new principal, I believe this information is imperative to understanding your perception of Brackett and the district and setting goals for the future. We have partnered with Panorama Education to conduct our 2023 Fall Family Survey. Panorama safeguards your privacy, keeping your responses confidential.
The survey should take roughly 25 minutes to complete. I know this feels like a long period of time out of your very busy day. But this is important; it is a valuable source of information for us as we work to make our schools and district as good as possible.
Think of taking the survey as a way of giving thanks as we go into the Thanksgiving holiday season. Give thanks by telling us about the wonderful things you experience within the Brackett community and help us thoughtfully grow forward.
You may complete the survey online between November 16th (TODAY) and December 1st, using a computer, tablet, or smartphone, by visiting the website:
https://surveys.panoramaed.com/arlingtonma/1696062343/surveys
Thank you in advance. If you have any questions about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact me or district data coordinator, Matt Coleman.
Hope to see you at Culture and Creativity Night tomorrow from 6-7:30!!
Best,
Dr. Vice

From the Nurse
Notifying the Nurse About Student Illness:
In an effort to help track the prevalence of communicable diseases, illnesses, and infections in the school community, it is important for parents/guardians to inform the nurse when their student has received a diagnosis and is under treatment. The nurse is constantly monitoring illness/disease trends within the school community, and having this information is imperative to this effort. Your student's diagnosis will always remain confidential with the nurse and will not be shared without your written permission. Please notify the nurse as soon as possible, and be sure to follow the school illness guidelines for return to school. Reach out to the school nurse with any questions or concerns: [email protected] or 781-316-3701.
